Register your return

All you need is your order number and email address to register your return.

Please go to the Secrets by Nikki website and click the login icon next to the shopping basket. Enter the email address you used when placing your order. You will then be prompted to request a login code which will be sent to your email address. 

Check your email, copy the code provided, and paste it into the Secrets by Nikki website to access your account. Your orders will be displayed there.

Select the item you wish to return and click Request Refund. This will send your refund request directly to us for review. If your request is approved, you will receive an email with a return postage label.

Please note that return postage costs will be charged, as outlined in our Refund Policy

Once we receive your return and approve the refund, you can expect the refunded amount (minus shipping costs) to appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

Shapewear items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

The item I have received is Damaged/ Faulty/ Not What I Expected

We’re sorry that there is a problem with the quality of your purchase. If your item arrives, faulty or damaged or is not the item that you requested please take the item and despatch note to any of our stores and we will be happy to help.

Alternatively please contact our Customer Care Team and provide the details of the issue so that we can help you. Please be aware we will ask for an image / video of the faulty or damaged item to help speed up the resolution.

In some cases, we may need to send the item to our inspection team for assessment to establish if a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the result we may offer a refund.
