🔄 Returns & Refunds
Is there a cost for returns? Yes, please note that returns are not free. A minimum return postage fee of £3.29 will be charged/deducted from your refund to cover shipping and processing.
Can I exchange my item for something else? Absolutely! We are happy to offer exchanges. Once we receive your original item back at our warehouse, we will ship out your exchange item at no extra cost to you.
How long will it take to get my refund? We know you don't want to be kept waiting. You can typically expect your refund to be processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? We currently ship to all UK addresses! We’re working on bringing Secrets by Nikki to the rest of the world soon—stay tuned to our socials for updates.
How long will my order take to arrive? Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering? We move fast to get your orders out! If you’ve made a mistake, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we unfortunately can’t redirect it.
👗 Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to pick? Every body is unique! We include a detailed Size Guide on every product page. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or checking the specific "Fit Note" in the product description.
What size is the model wearing? To give you the best idea of scale, we list the model’s height and the size they are wearing in the "Details" section of each product.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay for a speedy checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your data is 100% protected. We never store your full card details.

How should I wash my items? To keep your "Secrets" looking brand new, we recommend following the care instructions provided on our website for each item or check the care label inside the garment. As a general rule: wash inside out on a cool cycle and avoid the tumble dryer to prevent any unwanted shrinking or fading.
